Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return your item, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and it will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exclusions
Please note that the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at mike@fettler.co.uk to arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
This policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
